Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
Subscriptrack is provided by mybakht Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Questions: privacy@subscriptrack.com.
2. The service
Subscriptrack reads receipts you forward, receipts in an inbox you connect, and statements you upload, and turns them into a list of your subscriptions with totals, renewal dates, alerts and cancellation guidance. It is an information tool. It does not connect to your bank, move money, or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Extraction is automated and can make mistakes. Amounts, dates and cancellation steps are our best reading of the documents you give us and of merchants' public pages. Always check with the merchant before relying on a figure or a deadline.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only forward, connect or upload documents you are entitled to use. Do not upload other people's data without their permission.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Trial, fees and payment
New accounts can start a 14-day free trial by adding a payment card. We do not charge you during the trial, and we email you 3 days before it ends. Unless you cancel before it ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose, and the plan renews until you cancel. Each person, email address and card can have one free trial, and we may refuse a repeat trial. Current prices are on the pricing page and include VAT where it applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a 14-day right to cancel a new paid subscription; by starting use of the paid service within that period you agree we may charge for the service used.
The 30-day pass is a single payment for 30 days of paid access. It does not renew. Access starts straight away, so you agree at checkout that you lose the 14-day right to cancel. When it ends your list stays readable and exportable, while imports and alerts stop. Buying another pass adds 30 days.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Your content
You own the receipts, statements and records in your account. You give us a licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export your subscription list and delete your account at any time; deleting your account removes it as described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for. If we discontinue the service we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period not yet used.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you signed up, for losses caused by inaccurate extraction where you did not check with the merchant, or for missed renewals or charges. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. Sections 5, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU may also rely on mandatory protections of their home country and bring claims in its courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect.
